“I booked this rental based on the pictures and then read the reviews later. I was nervous after reading the reviews bit have to say i was pleasantly surprised. It's clear that the owners listened to the feedback of others. And honestly you are literally steps away from the ocean. It's the best location. We woke up and watched seals and dolphins. The weather wasn't great when we were there and were so comfortable inside playing have and watching the waves roll in. Such a great trip. Everything……

“We traveled to attend a celebration of life for family. We felt very comforted and at peace in this great little place. We found ourselves saying okay let's go home at the end of each day out and about.”

“Location is great to the beach, Disney and LA. Parking was tight and confusing as to which side of the garage was ours. Top floor gets the left side BTW. Get to the garage from the alley. Had an issue with the dish washer and it was fixed the same day. 👍 The beach chairs and toys were super helpful.”

“The floor and dishes were dirty. No cups in a full kitchen. Window above bed won’t close making it super cold at night. The limited amount of parking made doing anything outside the area challenging.”

“Easy check in process. Leo, the host, was very responsive when the air conditioner decided not to blow cold air. Had a technician out first thing the next morning. Nice big bedrooms with ceiling fans. Walk in closet in the master bedroom. All you need to bring is your beach gear, extra beach towels, kitchen towels, laundry detergent and condiments. Close walk to the beach makes this a really convenient rental!”

“While the beds are a little squeeky and fixtures/showers are a little dated, you can't beat the view. Fast internet with coverage throughout the house, plenty of hot water for showers for a family of 6, and a great welcoming package of snacks. Easy checkin/checkout, good comms with the host, nice to have a parking spot too. Great value!!”

“This cottage/2 bedroom house was perfect for our weekend vacation at the beach. The house was very clean and in a perfect location. Close to great restaurants, the beach is only a 5 minute walk and several other beaches just a short drive away. The host was very friendly!”
