“Lots of great amenities, love the warm pool. The room was spacious and quite clean! Sad we were not able to have a late check out though”

“We were lost in Northern Washington, having driven to a remote border crossing that closed early and not being able to rely on our gps. We called this hotel, several hours away, and spoke with Manpreet, at the front desk. She looked up directions online and talked us through. We didnt see a soul on the road for about an hour, but she guided us to the nearest town and got us on course to Osoyoos. Then she waited up until we arrived, and introduced us to her night shift relief before taking off……

“Nice hotel our actual family meet was in Penticton but we found this hotel easy to get to less than 35 min drive. Clean and convenient I was able to run along KVR in morning and then fill up on breakfast( wish there was more fruit options) had the pool to ourselves for evening cool down will stay here again ”

“The location was good for my purposes, and I really liked the combination lock for the door so that they could text me all that I needed to get in as soon as the room was ready, and I didn't have to return anything to check out. What I didn't like was the crowded parking lot that was hard (but necessary) to turn around in with a bike rack on the back of my car. But I don't they can do anything about that... ”

“Was a nice location and very good for long and short term stay. Would have been nice to have a EV Charger on site as we came in from Chilliwack with 20% charge and wanted to visit some local businesses the next day. Instead we utilized the municipal chargers and walked the community.”

“The front desk is only open until 10:30pm, so for late drivers, I would call ahead or plan your trip around getting in earlier. The gentleman working the front desk was so helpful and kind. Area around the property is mediocre. There’s a motel across the street that is getting demolished so it’s a bit of an eye sore. When I checked in late, there were a few guests out in the courtyard so it was a bit noisy at first. The cleanliness and renovations in the room were noticeable and exceeded my……

“We received a very nice room on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The clerk directed me the way to a grocery store which was going to close soon. Good size tiled shower and lots of space. Comfy couch, table and two chairs Perfect for two seniors who were tired after a long, rainy day.”

“Great location, all rooms face the lake. Rooms super clean inside and out. Balcony with table and chairs to enjoy your meals outside. Well equipped kitchen in room with everything you'll need during your stay. Heated pool. Friendly and welcoming staff. ”

“We had a wonderful stay! The view was gorgeous, the beds very comfortable, and the suite was clean. We had a little trouble with the door upon arrival, but we were helped very quickly. Parking is a bit limited, so just a caution for anyone travelling with more than one vehicle to check with the Inn on parking prior to arrival. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!”
