"We were immediately impressed upon entry to our room. This accommodation felt more like a showroom display than a hotel room. The front desk always greeted us when passing through in a friendly way. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Lovely warm temperature in the pool, so relaxing. "

"We were very impressed with the room and of course the view was amazing. Everything was great, clean, fancy and well decorated and very comfortable. Maybe a note on how to operate the jetted tub, as it had been left on the spray nozzle and when we turned the tap on we got soaked as the spray nozzle sits straight up...aimed at you. We had a good laugh, but just a note on where to change that, would have helped. A couple of tea bags would have been nice, thankfully I had some. The coffee was good and sitting outside on the balcony was spectacular. Very nice room and we would definitely go back. Thanks for accommodating our check in that day, that was very helpful to us. "I was impressed how accommodating the front desk handled a mixup from Expedia (I was told no problem with a small dog). They upgraded us into a beautiful suite, I am grateful they had another room, we will be staying here next week on our trip home. The front desk clerk was 10 out of10.
