“職員態度一般，睡房比較暗，只有一盞床頭燈；但房間面積大，位置是在Nob Hill 山頂上，景觀開揚，交通尚算方便，酒店附近有 cable car 站， 可乘搭 cable car，但也要行一段約五分鐘的斜路才回到酒店；另外，附近也有一間大的藥房，行落兩條街，約行十分鐘，可以購買一些日常用品及小食。”

“Our family of three arrived at night after a long journey, but our bed requested was not ready,the hotel should have prepared long before our arrival. Checking out: the front desk staff asked us to pay again, I told him we payed online long ago he better double check, after looking at the computer the staff said it was done without a word of apology, the hotel staff need more training I believe. the room is ok, higher floor at the back, breakfast is simple but good.”

“Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet. Alles funktionierte sehr gut und war sehr sauber Das Hotel/Motel liegt ziemlich zentra, trotzdem war das Zimmer in der 3. Etage sehr ruhig. Allerdings muss man etwas über den alten Aufzug hinwegsehen. ”
