“厨房设计很体贴，住的很舒服，总体是挺满意的。6.26日下午5点到楼下服务台借火柴点生日蜡烛的时候，换了两个男的服务员，他们的态度很冷淡不友善,自称他们不抽烟 还怀疑我们想抽烟骗他们借火，态度很恶劣!!!!!!!!!!后来我们又去了泳池的吧台向那里的服务借了打火机，那里的服务员态度特别友好。”

“This unit has all the conveniences of home. It's cozy but big enough for a large group, we had two adults and three children under the age of twelve. They, also have a front balcony where you leave all your items from the beach, which eliminates any sand in the condo. The Gold Coast is a few blocks away which has all the stores you need. Acme Market and restaurants are also close.”

“This little gem was in the BEST location for us. Early morning sunrise was half a block away from a pristine beach! Step right outside to hop on the OC bus which takes you in and out of all the action. The studio apt was very clean and had EVERYTHING we needed, including a FULL kitchen, washer and dryer, beach chairs and umbrella! The bed was comfy, the wifi worked perfectly and we loved sitting out of the deck. The owner was extremely nice, answered back within a few minutes with each question,……

“The place at the Quay was very nice and was described accurately. Only issue we had was the dryer would not dry clothes throughly (even with just a few pieces in the dryer). Also the upholstery had some stains on them but that may have been from previous renters. The condo was cleaned before check in. The View was great but staircase took a lot of getting used to. If someone had an leg injury they would not be able to use the steep staircase”

“Had no water. Had to call property manager. Found out where to turn it on in the closet. Washer made extremely loud noise. Neighbors were disturbed. So we could not use it the rest of our stay. No information on where to take garbage or what to set thermostat at when we left. Security deposit taking too long to get back. Still don’t have it at this review. “As all the other views stated the home could use some upgrades. Cosmetically it needs work. It was a hole in the door stop upon coming in the place. Mattress isn’t the best but it worked. The view makes up for the cosmetics. I would absolutely positively stay again. The view is AMAZING!”
