“This unit has all the conveniences of home. It's cozy but big enough for a large group, we had two adults and three children under the age of twelve. They, also have a front balcony where you leave all your items from the beach, which eliminates any sand in the condo. The Gold Coast is a few blocks away which has all the stores you need. Acme Market and restaurants are also close.”

“This little gem was in the BEST location for us. Early morning sunrise was half a block away from a pristine beach! Step right outside to hop on the OC bus which takes you in and out of all the action. The studio apt was very clean and had EVERYTHING we needed, including a FULL kitchen, washer and dryer, beach chairs and umbrella! “The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet; convenient to favorite dining places and other attractions, including Sunfest. The living room tv picture was too grainy to watch (baseball playoffs).. had to watch in the BR. In hall bath, the shower knob on the tub faucet was difficult to lift to activate the shower. Parking was plentiful. Overall, enjoyable stay.”

“After a bumpy start due to an incorrect key code and a late arrival we were unable to reach our host, we had a wonderful time. Our host reached out as soon as she received our messages, we had a refund in place be fore I was even out of bed that covered our hotel. The condo is exactly as pictured, and was well equipped, short walk to the beach and we didn’t have a need for them as we had brought our own, but beach chairs, a cart and boogie boards were available. “The place at the Quay was very nice and was described accurately. Only issue we had was the dryer would not dry clothes throughly (even with just a few pieces in the dryer). Also the upholstery had some stains on them but that may have been from previous renters. The condo was cleaned before check in. The View was great but staircase took a lot of getting used to. If someone had an leg injury they would not be able to use the steep staircase”
