“Such a cool hotel! Loved that art was everywhere! ”

“Friendly staff”

“We had some maintenance issues but the front desk had maintenance up to work on this with in 5 minutes. The evening desk staff were ever patient with helping another guest that needed accommodations. Unfortunately the hot tub broke just days before our stay but the pool was open and was very clean. The hotel was fully booked with a school trip and the baseball game guest but just a short wait for breakfast is nothing while sipping a free mimosa. ”

“Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.”

“At breakfast there was a variety of items available. The bathroom was a little noisy. The carpet in the room was very warn but still clean. The TV channel system was a little weird. Internet speed was very good.”

“Great hotel with friendly staff in a great location! My family enjoyed the breakfast options, it was well stocked and a variety of options. The hotel was within walking distance of Main Street St. Charles and an easy drive into St. Louis. Rooms were clean and my kids loved the indoor pool. Our only small complaint was that the WiFi in our room did not work well and we didn’t have great cell service but the WiFi worked fine in the lobby and breakfast area, so not a huge issue but might be if……

“The Front Desk didn't really provide much about the amenities upon check-in. The Cleaning Staff were amazing, attentive, and courteous. The grounds were well kept and I was able to walk around in the area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.”

“It was amazing. Staff was so friendly & the place was so clean and cozy. It felt like a home away from home truly. The only thing I would recommend would to make the valet only process and pricing more detailed when booking. ”
