"Great family vacation. We walked to dinner in the neighborhood and walked the dogs to the park, and walked to the metro to take in the sites, museums, and even a caps game. Close to the airport and a huge shopping center. We recommend the District Biscuit company...very yummy and close by. The neighborhood is very dog friendly and theres a great park nearby for dmall children to play. The house is very quiet with plenty of room for the whole family."

"Everything was as advertised. The bed downstairs is in a room with very low ceilings, probably best for a child, and the bed is short as well. It is comfortable, but not for a tall person"

"Our family of four had a great stay at this townhouse in Alexandria. We were in the area for some college tours for my son, and found the location very convenient. We drove down to Richmond, spent some time in Old Town Alexandria, and time in DC. The townhouse was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. Charles was a great host and responded quickly to any inquiries! He also was very accommodating of our request to shift our stay due to some unforeseen circumstances. I asked managing company for recommendations for NYE activities and did not receive any. Netflix on TV did not work. It kept shutting down. Other than that, it was a fun stay."
