“Clean and friendly staff. The only thing is, there’s a train, not too far away, not the loudest, but you can hear it in your room.”

“为了去legoland选的这家。从入住接待的冰块脸，7miles吃个标准早餐，等上菜等了足足34分钟，到退房时号称system down系统坏掉了，没有账单，让留下邮箱地址，至今也没有收到账单！作为spg集团的金卡会员，这是我住过的服务最差的Sheraton！”

“The location itself is superb - right by the sea with direct access to the beach (no need to cross the road or whatsoever). The room was really just OK, but I guess who cares about the room when you have the nice panorama sea view at the balcony (if you pay up for the seaview rooms)...”

“The facility and the amenities were gorgeous. The room was very clean and having the full kitchen was awesome. Their staff is incredibly friendly. They do push the timeshare side of things a lot, but it's to be expected.”

“This hotel is located right next to the beach and many other great restaurants in town. However, the facilities are dated: the bed will move, not enough tables in the room, dishes are not thoroughly cleaned and really really thin wall. You have to walk down to the lobby if you wish to borrow a hair dryer. Although my reservation clearly indicated that "breakfast included", all they had was some fruits and cookies. The lady at the reception desk in the morning was really unfriendly, she did not……

“浴室新整修過很好，但床單有老舊破損，被單二床都有被香煙燒破的洞孔，我們沒注意附近常有火車行駛的聲音即使已經很晚了仍有火車經過。但工作人員協助我們找遺失物很用心很好。房間沒沒Coffee maker也是一個缺點。”
