Key didn’t work, again receptionist rang someone for support, she was still unable to sort so moved us to a different room. Second room smelt so strong of cigarettes so we had to refuse this room due to my husbands ill health and chest. Third room was adequate but not ideal. Would not recommend this hotel "

"A lovely traditional hotel in the heart of the beautiful old part of the City, although in a pedestrianised area with shops and restaurants close by it was very easy to get a taxi in a nearby street to go elsewhere in Eskişehir. None of the properties in the old quarter look to have air con but our room had a fan and plenty of windows so we were comfortable even in the middle of August. Cons: The parking lot isn't accessible without asking the hotel staff about its location ( Off-site parking in a maze full of one-way streets) Another point to mention is: THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN AND NOT SOUNDPROOF. We woke up at 2 AM because the next door room were hooking up loudly! They advertise a complimentary breakfast which really is misleading.
