“I had an issue upon arrival, late at night, with proper access to the property. I was supposed to have received an email with entry codes and directions. However, I did not receive any communication from the property itself, only a confirmation email from hotels.com, where I booked the reservation. My only issue is if the property is going to use a 3rd party vendor for booking, then they need to provide more communication with the vendor or directly to the patron. I had to reach hotels.com……

“The place needs some work and cleaning(swept)but overall alright. The bed was comfortable and clean. The kitchen, "commons area" and bathroom were alright but again need swept. The location is awesome. The view and trail into the forest is wonderful. The front stairs are a workout, as well as the driveway/parking hill in back. I saw no towels but didnt ask for any.”
