"It was a pleasant experience tasting the culinary surprise they offer at Zuzu. Each dish was artfully crafted with appearance and flavor. The rooms are spacious and accommodating with friendly staff. "
"This is a fine hotel, although the rooms are nothing special beyond a standard 3 start hotel; the reason for 4 stars is the great location in Old Town, and very friendly staff. Nice lobby and bar/Starbucks as well.
One warning is that if you use the underground parking, the exit is curved and quite tight, and navigating a larger vehicle such as an SUV was more difficult than it should be."

"A bit older but well appointed. Pool looked nice but didn't get a chance to visit. Staff was extremely nice. Average room for a fair price. Note that this is an "exterior corridor" hotel - doors on the outside. Pictures do not show this. "
"This is our most favorite place to stay in Phoenix. It’s really a palace and smells amazing and staff and housekeeping are wonderful! Love it here and we will continue to come back every year! "

"Great hotel, and location. Good experience, there was a few maintenance items that need to be addressed with the room we were in, but I told the service desk about them. Other than that breakfast was great, and overall stay was great"

"Great stay ! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Far from a lot of nice restaurants so be prepared to Uber around if you want to leave resort.
Pools were great, and drinks were cold ! Would recommend.
