Beds & pillows were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, pool setting was stunning, & communication with hosts was fantastic! The location is terrific…we stayed for UVA graduation week and the proximity to campus, restaurants & grocery stores was wonderful! Truly a gem of a property!”

“I could not possibly have enjoyed my stay anymore! The views were beautiful and the hiking paths were astounding. My stay was during the time when the leaves were changing and falling. It was truly unbelievably beautiful! I visited the winery called Revelation in the Hebron Valley. The sunset was beautiful and the wine was delicious. The Blue Ridge Mountains were gorgeous and I also visited the Shanandoah river. I just couldn't get enough of the area and I can't wait to come back! Well done……

“Pros Real working farm setting. Very peaceful and serene. Very clean and cool temp wise. Cons Wifi wasnnt working and cell reception poor which made self check in difficult. Had to buy more TP and salt touse in the kitchen. Bathroom sink took forever to drain BUT overall, very minor issues. Would rent again.”

“Overall I am pleased with my stay. The location was very close to the airport and convenient to Charlottesville and the Shenandoah National Forest. Space was ample for one person or a couple. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and necessities. Lots of clean towels and linens. It is a basement apartment so it is damp and musty which is to be expected in a basement. The footsteps overhead are quite loud but otherwise it is a quiet location. Stairs outside are a little steep and it is not……

“Great place! Very different from anywhere I’ve stayed. It’s like staying in a tree house and the area is beautiful. It’s older but very clean and quaint. And there are a couple of kitties that liked to hang out on our balcony and we loved that! Would highly recommend. ”
