“I booked for two bed one night. When I checked in they told me my room was unavailable. They can only offer me a queen bed with a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Honestly, the soda bed is very very very uncomfortable. The air condition was not work about 5 hours until 9：30pm the technical people came for fix. The cotton package was opened already. Felt upset. Because We paid around $400/per night. ”

(Especially Bri) Now for my room: this part was not my favorite. Orbitz booked me in a handicap accessible room and the shower was just the floor with nothing to keep in the water. So it ran straight into the center of the room and soaked the floor of the sink area. Every single time. I was always……
