“I’ve been going to the V when they were owned by Sonder. Now that they are not, there are some changes. Although Everything is still the same. The quality of the service room and cleanliness was great. The only thing I was surprised by was the deposit fee of $100 per night from what they told me. I understand that it’ll be refundable after but I wasn’t informed about that when I booked a room on this app. Just wish it was disclosed. Other than that, this hotel is great. Had a good stay.”

“Full breakfast and an outside courtyard next to a waterfall or fountain that was lovely. Request room away from street noise. There was a bar across the street that played loud music until 2AM, but there are a lot of other areas that would have been quieter, we were just too tired to request a different room, so make sure to ask when you check in if the room is in a quiet area if that matters to you. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds but kind of dreary. They need updating”

“The hotel front desk personnel were very kind and accommodating. The hotel rooms themselves were a bit old and dated but served its purpose. The pool was fantastic with hawaiian music playing and misters. The Reef bar/restaurant was fun but a little disappointing. Overall an enjoyable stay. ”
