“It was my 70th birthday and we booked two suites. Check in was a breeze - they allowed us to the rooms early, made sure the rooms were next to each other, carried our luggage to our rooms. I couldn't be happer with the selection and will definitely recommend. The only thing was being able to let people know where we were staying. Having the name Sonesta Suites would have been helpful to help our friends find the location.”

“Only on TV in one bedroom really needs to Tvs, one in each bedroom room. Otherwise, was perfect for what we needed it for our stay in the area. ”

“We needed a place close to Stanford Hospital that was quiet and restful. This unit met all of our needs. The unit was equipped with a full kitchen and the beds were very confortable.”

“The house was adequate however, the kitchen was dirty and ant infested. We sprayed and cleaned the kitchen and no more ants during our stay. Lots of construction near the house which was noisy and it was annoying trying to find our way around with a couple of closed roads. The exterior of the house is unkept, front and back yards were not mowed with grass and weeds 3 feet tall. Advertised pictures were much better than actual house and yard.”

“The house was really clean! Kitchen was well stocked, neighborhood was quiet and we really appreciated how quick the owner responded to our texts/emails. The bedding was also really nice and comfortable. We would like two king beds for our over 6’ men, otherwise we would stay again. Thank you!”

“My wife had surgery at Stanford and this location was very convenient to stay while she was hospitalized. Communication with the Marbella team was fast. We were able to extend our stay one more night beyond the booking dates. Neighborhood is directly adjacent to a light industrial area. Neighbors dogs liked to bark late at night.”

“The property is in a safe, clean location. The house was clean and fully equiped. It was perfect location for us to attend commencement at Menlo College while still being able to visit SF & Half Moon Bay. Outdoor bbq & seating area was an added bonus.”

“We stayed at this property for four nights over a spring break trip to the Bay Area. The home worked so well for our family. We were super impressed by the how thoughtfully stocked the home was with snacks, hygiene supplies and much more. The garden space is charming and well cared for. We were thrilled that we were able to extend our stay by a night when one of our kids wasn’t feeling well. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t have time to enjoy the outdoor entertainment area.”

“The bed mattress are too soft, doesn't support body well enough. Also found a lot of ants in the kitchen sink after we accidently left a piece of tomato there. ”

I know the host has no control over this, so no ding on them, but it is very noisy when the folks upstairs are walking around. Overall a wonderful home. “Overall cleanliness was very poor, and the property has a gnat or fruit fly infestation issue, which the management company had to have known. I would never recommend this property. For the amount that I was charged, I was definitely take advantage of.”
