“This is a good place for a budget focused stay. The furniture was uncomfortable and some items were broken. Ant infestation in the kitchen. Many light bulbs were burned out. Appears to be a leak under the kitchen sink. Many patches in the walls and a stain on the kitchen wall. The filter in the refrigerator needs to be changed. More window coverings would be nice considering the neighborhood. No exhaust fans in either the bathroom or kitchen. Based on the intake process and pictures, I was……

When I entered the property, it was clear that this was far from the "luxury" property that it was described as at the time of the booking. The furniture is old, the bedding damp, and the overall sense is far from luxury. I left after 5 minutes and when I asked for even a partial refund, this was denied. VRBO said they had no responsibility. Never book with VRBO - they won't help you like other……

“The house was really clean! Kitchen was well stocked, neighborhood was quiet and we really appreciated how quick the owner responded to our texts/emails. The bedding was also really nice and comfortable. We would like two king beds for our over 6’ men, otherwise we would stay again. Thank you!”

“I really liked the space in the house. The host was very responsive and helpful. When I asked for an additional fan, I received one promptly. The location was very convenient for us since we drove back and forth to Stanford Hospital. It was only 2 miles away. However, I felt uncomfortable to see little roaches and the floor was not clean.”

“This charming home is located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe and secure. We easily traveled from the house to Stanford via Lyft daily. There is a great grocery store that serves delicious Middle Eastern food and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a lovely library that is close by. There was plenty of space for our family of four. We were quite comfortable. Figuring out how to run hot water from the bathroom sink took some time and the low pressure took……
