“Second time I have stayed at this property. First time as a Renaissance. Lots of changes as they are doing a facelift during the rebranding. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff was the best staff I have encountered in years. Aside from the construction noise during the day right now, this place is outstanding. ”

“The experience is bad , our booking is 2 double room X 2 ( fully paid in advnace ) but we arrive the frontdesk just advise we only have room with 2 double bed and the other room can only added an roll bed . Secondly, on our 2nd night stay there is no housekeeping at all , when we return we just ask ok just refill the towel please , the front desk reply yes but nerver deliver ”
