"This worked out really well for our stay prior to our daughter's graduation. Cute property and very close to campus. The only thing I would mention is that it says it sleeps 5, but I'm not sure how. We had planned to have 5, but our son had to cancel, and it was perfect for 4. I would not say the sofa is big enough for an adult to sleep on. Overall, I highly recommend for a visit to BG."

"David and Erika were excellent hosts in every way. Erika greeted us when we arrived and Dave was concerned and offered his assistance in multiple ways, far exceeding expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The house was filled with snacks, the fridge stocked and all other essentials were more than ample. This rental and property was the best by far in comparison to all other rentals we’ve encountered over the years."

"Property is great and in a great location. Historic neighborhood near stubborn brothers pizza which was amazing! The house was great except the upstairs gets very hot when temps are warm. High was 80 the days we stayed. Upstairs would be too hot if it was any warmer outside without any extra fans. Bring extra fans even though each room has a fan. Downstairs AC unit works great."

Anyone looking for a beach holiday should be aware that in May 2024 the beach at the end of the road was littered with rotting fish carcasses and smelled horrible. "The room wasn’t exactly like the picture, pretty basic. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. There was a Keurig coffee maker but no coffee. No temperature gauge and the room cold outside the covers. Check in was simple, I was contacted by the owner through email when I arrived, they seemed helpful. "A family gathering brought us to the area. The house was exactly as described and extremely clean and comfortable. We walked our dog around the neighborhood each evening and were also impressed with how nicely kept the homes are and how quiet it is there. It was centrally located to all our family.
