“Our first time back in Belize in 18 years . Umaya was the perfect place. The views over the lagoon towards the Maya mountains are perfect backdrop after a day at the beach and pool. The staff were great, very helpful with booking trips etc. The restaurant is excellent and the wood burning Pizzeria provides a great alternative. We will be back ”

“Absolutely fabulous resort with amazing staff!! We loved our stay in Placencia Belize at Sirenian Bay!! Everyone from the time we booked our stay to our last day in Belize made us feel welcome and a part of their family. The food and drinks were delicious and abundant. The Conch and Lobster dishes were so good!! Our Couples Spa Day was FABULOUS!! Our special Valentines Day Dinner was to die for! “The location is incredible if you're looking to stay as close to the beach as possible. The staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly. It is quite loud with the bar music next door, so if you're looking for peace and quiet this probably isn't your spot. The location is very central and walkable. The only thing that was off putting about our room was that there was a flying ant infestation in the wall of the bathroom. They ended up coming out after dark around 9pm and quickly filled the……

“STAY HERE! The best experience I’ve had at any resort ever. The staff is lovely, the food is fantastic, and the island itself is right out of your wildest dream. At night, there are noises akin to what you’d hear on a ship, or deep in the woods—which may be relaxing to some and annoying go others. Also, the hot water can be an otter finicky. But trust me, you will not care! This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I wouldn’t miss for anything! No other vacation has compared. ”
