“Awful experience. The owner didn't reply to any communication before the actual check-in time, and therefore I had to just go straight to my event. It was after 10:30 pm when I needed to access my rental. The parking was NOT a dedicated lot but on-street parking, so I had to walk around a very long block in the dark. And then the access code (finally) provided to me was actually calling the apartment to unlock the door!!! That's not an access code! I was standing outside the building alone, in……

“Very nice space, looks like just renovated. Brand new kitchen appliances, great shower, convenient bed set up in the bedroom. Our family of 4 wife slept on big bed, 6 year old in the bunk, 3 year old on the trundle, and me on the couch. The TV in the main room is about 65 inches. Provided snacks and some sodas, plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. Host was very easy to contact and responded very quickly. A grocery store is in walking distance and train station is a mere 2 minutes driving.……

The owners provide a great experience with a cozy comfortable setup. Everything was clean and smells so fresh. The little office area really helped me work remotely throughout my stay. “An excellent renovation of an older property. Amenities were great with two stylish baths and a fully outfitted kitchen with laundry. The private parking out in back of the house was a plus.”

“Walkable to metro, grocery, and many restaurants and coffee. Great hot tub, pool, club room. We rented 4 condos for a big family, and it was great to have common spaces to gather in. Super basic accommodations inside the condos, the owner does not appear to live or stay in these. No washcloths, 1 hand towel, very limited cooking utensils, pots, pans, no broom, limited seating, end tables, etc. It was nice that a few laundry and dishwasher pods were provided. “Property was perfect for us since our daughter lived near by. Restaurants and grocery store were very close. We loved all the room for spreading out and relaxing. Lots of televisions so we could all watch what we wanted. We will certainly rent again.”

A nice addition was the complimentary shelf with things like coffee, sugar PB&J and condiments. I scored the location kind of low due to an older building w/ thin floors and noisy neighbors at night (noted in the property description- not Papa's fault).”
