“They didnt want to honor our expedia price since they changed ownership. Made us wait till 3 for check in even though room then readyThen took 20 additional minutes to gain approval for rate and only granted when I said I wanted to cancel. No towels in our room. Clean but needs updated. ”

“The toilet seat was way too low to the floor. It was not easy for an older couple to manage. No grab bar was on the wall to assist a person to raise themselves up off the toilet seat. Because of that, we'll never stay at this hotel or any others run by this company again.”

“Everything was GREAT, the front desk guy was super. There's NO elevator, but he got us a first floor room. I have a bad knee. The hotel is close to the Put In Bay Jet Express. The bed was firm which I need for my back.”
