“We walked around the harbor a bit before finding the boat. Glad the hosts were so responsive! The boat is outfitted with everything you need. Bathroom is tiny but entirely functional (instructions for toilet and shower could be included with the check-in information in the future, to have it up front). Beds are delightfully cozy. We enjoyed the night view from the top of the boat. Easy walk to lots of restaurants. It was a cool enough night that we opened the windows and enjoyed fresh air all……

“The location was close to lots of activities but far enough away to make parking possible. The home could be better appointed with glassware, dishes etc. It was clean enough.”

“A group of us went to the Providence Bruins game. The apartment was close to federal hill and downtown Providence. There is off street parking and we easily Ubered everywhere. There was plenty of room for our group of 4 couples. There wasn’t any outside noise and we could gather in different parts of the house without waking others. The house has many thoughtful touches. The stairs are steep and narrow for the upstairs space. So you get your steps in. Host was responsive to texts. Enjoyed our……

“Looking at this property you might wonder why it is not more expensive. The building is lovely, the apartment is gorgeous, and the host leaves niceties like ear plugs and toothbrushes. The answer is the location. It is in an area of downtown that has not been gentrified, and considering the close proximity of the state subsidized housing it is somewhat unlikely it will be soon.
