“Good friendly staff, overall good experience, maintenance related needs to be more up to par my hallway entrance to my room needed lighting lights were burned out or not working very dark to enter room. Also they need to fix or maintenance a strong, sore odor smell that was lingering through the main lobby and at the beach and also near pool area. I would rate this hotel a 6/10 ”

“Mi vuelo llegó tarde y decidí pasa la noche cerca del aeropuerto, esta a minutos del aeropuerto, se puede ir caminando a una zona con mis buenos restaurantes y hay un buen shopping center a solo unas cuadras. ”

“We loved our stay and the staff was amazing especially Whandy (AKA Orlando) in the front luggage arrival area. The only things we would change is when going to the buffet people should be allowed to bring plates to their room when not feeling good because the room service meu has terrible options and the food is always cold and terrible. Might also want to stock the refridgerators with more water and beer. Two small beers is not enough.”

“The property was beautiful and the rooms were super well maintained. I loved the personalized service Ramon, our concierge, gave us. Whenever I had a question, I could text him and know that he was able to answer anything and organize anything for us. The beach was beautiful and clean. The food options were wonderful and the service was unparalleled. Definitely book here!”
