“Our stays in Mena House was peaceful and fantastic. The room is clean, viewing the Giza Pyramids, cool pool, quality services, etc. The room decoration is not great but so far it is clean and tidy. The balcony is nice facing the Giza Pyramids; the breakfast with various choice of food was great too. If I would need to give a recommendation to the hotel, some staff are not very helpful and just giving standard quality of services and the food quality in the restaurants for lunch and dinner is……

“It's a good hotel. Very good CP with comfortable room and service. The view is really good and I do really enjoy the stay in this hotel. The balcony door is not work, but been fixed after raising this problem to the front desk. It took a little bit time to fix it, but it's acceptable. Bathtub is perfect and with hot water & broad spaces. It's a good hotel, wish you enjoy this as I do.”

“This is a dirty hotel with thief staff stealing from customers! The sheet is dirty which I asked the reception to change it for me, so they said they will send someone to change it. However it has never been done. The room was corrupted, the wall conner the bath room is so dated and nothing in good condition. The breakfast is also the worst among all the hotels I stayed in Cairo. The best part is the staff steal 1000 USD from my wallet! 10 notes of 100 dollar bill. The thief did not take……

“Although there were some issues on the first day that required me to stay at another nearby hotel for one night, the problems were later resolved. The hotel had excellent renovations, and the staff were very friendly. It was located very close to the attractions, with convenient transportation, and there were also many restaurants around.”

“When we first checked in we were upgraded from a standard room to a deluxe room in order to get a king bed and one not facing the freeway. The room was adequate but not clean with smudged glass, dirt in the corners, a dirty bedspread, thin bare sheets. Exhausted, we just crashed and tried to sleep. The noise from the road still penetrated. The next day my partner spoke with management who said they would have the room deep cleaned while we were away for the day. We returned and some……
