“I shouldn't expect too much from any hostel, including the Espy. I found what appeared to be a cockroach in the room the first night In the hallway, I dispatched of a very large one. I didn't receive an email with instructions for self check-in. Fortunately, there was someone who contacted a staff person who provided us with the necessary information to get in the room. Shower was good, but the handles fell off. Hot water in the sink never really got hot. Nonetheless, we got by and enjoyed……

“Really cheap and easygoing ”

“I was having some personal troubles during the stay. Big thanks to all the staff who reached to offer help. Really appreciated. Fast food, cafe, 7-11, supermarkets and even church are all in walkable distance, which is very convenient. Metro and bus station are just next to the hostel. Kitchen is nice, easy to prepare food. ”

“We have stayed here twice before on our trips to the tablelands it's always clean safe and a great atmosphere with excellent staff and facilities ”

“Had a fantastic stay in a glamping tent. Could have had more bedding as it was a little cool at night. Facilities were great. Hired a car but there is a bus stop out the front. Great social area with pool table. Lots of wildlife around. Would stay there again. ”

“十年前住宿的經驗還不錯，再度到黃金海岸時選擇這個紀念性的住宿。沒想到Hostel 整體都改建，原本的房間被在隔間為2-3間小房，外加沒有冷氣，整個悶壞了。住宿品質大為降低。早餐只提供果醬吐司，不包含咖啡。”

“整體而言過得去，還會附贈小飲料，不過晚上旁邊有酒吧，怕吵的人不適合住這裡”

“They don’t have life, they only have stairs! But in total they only have a ground floor and a second floor. Things are a bit old except the washing machines and dryer. The air con is not cool enough. The staff is nice and friendly. ”

“距離車站有段距離，幸好有免費接駁車。設施齊全但殘舊，清潔度一般。附近有超級市場。符合budget hostel。”

“This Hostel was in an excellent location! It was very calming and relaxing, the jungle atmosphere suited us perfectly! The room was basic but comfortable. The staff were as friendly and welcoming as the wallabies who live on the property- you can feed them you know! There are also lizards and frogs to be seen. Fabulous!”

“Room#519 bathroom door was no locker!!! Everyone should avoid that, even that is a mixed room. ”
