The outdoor shower was something straight out of my dreams! Loved it! The housekeeping team was incredible and seemed to predict our next need/request without ever being asked. “Me parecio un hotel muy completo, comido, moderno, personal amable. Nos encanto el concepto more inclusive, que incluye aqua nick y traslado hotel aeropuerto, siempre el personal dispuesto a resolver. El kids club muy padre. Los alimentos buenos. Lo malo es que al llegar esperamos muchisimo en el aeropuerto, los traslados de aqua nick no estan bien organizados, deberian tener orden xq otros huespedes se meten, el servicio al cuarto demasiado lento. En general regresaremos pero NO en tiempo de……

“Omg! Where do I start? This was the beeeeeeest resort ever. Everyone was nice, especially Dianara (i can't spell her name correctly) She was very accommodating helped us book cabs, order takeout, reserve ATV's and she had them delivered to us. Whatever we needed, she got it done. I never want to go anywhere else now. The resort was breathtaking and the SPA was top tier. I'll be back before the summer is over. ”
