“People were very friendly and accommodating. I called ahead to make sure our room adhered to my accommodating request. The room appeared clean and orderly except for the bathroom sink. It was somewhat clogged... The water would rise while running the faucet. I would need to wait 5 minutes for the water to go down the drain. The bed was perfect... I wish they had a clock in the room. However, I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke... Walking through the Casino was very hard to breath... I was……

“The property is very well located. A good experience if you travel with Family and kids. The rooms are big enough and very clean. The staff is nice and friendly in the cafeteria. An opportunity of improvement will be maintain the pool and spa in better conditions, and fix the gate. I recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Redding and Shasta City. ”

“Very nice location at the north end of Redding. Room was clean and comfortable. Only tiny issue we had which was extremely minor for me was there was some… leftovers… in the fridge that had obviously been in there for a little while. Everything else was fantastic and made up for it. Definitely try the waffles at breakfast”

“The spa was out of service which was unfortunate because having an indoor pool and spa was my reason for booking there. The pool has a stain that looks like poop on the bottom so my son didn’t want to swim. The water was super cold too. Everything else was fine. ”

My 14 yo son even noticed his hair too! Staff is great. Food is good, Very nice hotel! Definitely our favorite in Redding!”
