“Cute place and plenty of room for a group. We also enjoyed sitting outside and using the gas fire pit. Each unit has a parking space in front. There is a park across the street and around the corner is a free bus stop that takes you to the metro. Management was very responsive. We had a small leak and they had it taken care of right away. We would definitely stay there again.”

“The condo was clean, beds comfortable. The only real critique were squeaky doors (pantry was very loud) we never could get the heat/air right but I believe it was operator error. We were very happy with access to everything we wanted to see and do. The owner was very accommodating.”

“I stayed here while I was in DC for work, and I couldn't ask for a better place. It is walking distance to my office (and to all the best DC sights, if you are there for fun). It's a very comfortable studio with a very clean kitchen and comfortable bed. What else could you ask for? I'll definitely stay here again.”

“Very nice space, looks like just renovated. Brand new kitchen appliances, great shower, convenient bed set up in the bedroom. Our family of 4 wife slept on big bed, 6 year old in the bunk, 3 year old on the trundle, and me on the couch. The TV in the main room is about 65 inches. Provided snacks and some sodas, plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. Host was very easy to contact and responded very quickly. A grocery store is in walking distance and train station is a mere 2 minutes driving.……

“This was a great option for a quick trip to DC with my father. The space was clean and spacious and the pullout bed was surprisingly comfortable compared to other's I've stayed on. It's a bit of a walk from the nearest subway station, but found that an Uber across the river to the downtown area was only around $12. Would recommend this space.”

“The flat was beautifully decorated, and all of the necessities plus many extras were provided by our host Laurence. We particularly appreciated the white noise machine, although it was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood anyway, and the Nespresso machine with plenty of pods. Drip coffee was available too, plus a nice selection of herbal and traditional teabags. Our host left us a nice welcome snack, too. There are a few stairs, which was absolutely fine for us. “Walkable to metro, grocery, and many restaurants and coffee. Great hot tub, pool, club room. We rented 4 condos for a big family, and it was great to have common spaces to gather in. Super basic accommodations inside the condos, the owner does not appear to live or stay in these. No washcloths, 1 hand towel, very limited cooking utensils, pots, pans, no broom, limited seating, end tables, etc. It was nice that a few laundry and dishwasher pods were provided.
