“The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. I was warned by others never to rent that property again. It was just a horrible stay, the beds were very hard and worn out. It’s like you sleeping on a piece of board. The community it’s……

We had originally booked the smaller villa however upon arrival, Claude had moved us to the larger villa as we were travelling with our two boys (13 and 15) and he thought it would be more spacious for us during our stay. Our group is quite seasoned in our travels, and our trip to Sun Kissed was over Super Bowl weekend. “The design and layout of the house was more impressive than we could imagine from the online photos. Arriving to have a butler and kitchen staff was unexpected also. Not having to cook or clean is truly a vacation. We saved so much with the kitchen staff rather than eating out every meal.
