"We chose this resort strictly from reading the reviews. This was our first time in Jamaica. The resort was amazing, and the landscaping was magnificent. Shout out to those guys that keep the property looking so good. We were in the Privilege Junior Suite. Room 2332 was huge, and the view of the ocean was breath taking. We loved everything about our room except the fridge. Is there a way to make it colder so the drinks will be cold? The water pressure was great, and we had HOT water every day. The food was a hit & miss when it came to flavor. But it's understandable when trying to cook for folks from all over the country. We tried just about every restaurant. We also tried different dishes. Every restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. I wish management would talk to the company that provides their fruit because none of it was sweet. We enjoyed all of the entertainment that they provided. The performers were great. Keep up the good work!! The staff needs to monitor the privilege pool area better. There was a swim diaper that was on the ground for the entire three hours. Everywhere else was on point. Travelers, you see what the area looks like when traveling to & from the resort, so try your best to tip the staff members. If we travel back to Jamaica, we will be staying here!"

"The bartender Monique , Kristopher and Garcel was amazing . I had a great time with the staff as well Tricia , Kitty Kat and numerous amount of the staff was very welcoming and very nice . I had a great time and would definitely make the effort to return back to RIU Aquarelle. For the food everything was great as well only thing i didn’t like was the Asian restaurant wasn’t the best ."

"The servers were very attentive and kind, kinda hated the lay out of the bathrooms since after you use the toilet you dont have a sink to use in the same section to make sure bacteria isn't being spread."
