I call the hotel reception 3 times, and I was told the shuttle will come at 5:30 PM… So be prepared that you only have 33% percent chance to reach the service and at least 50% you will hear a lie. And prepare the euros cash for taxi. ”

“清潔で曇りなく清掃されていました。窓からカジノなどが見えて、とても素敵でした。 ただ朝食のオムレツが塩辛かった事、ヨーグルトにコバエが入っていたことを伝えた時の謝罪が軽すぎて一流ホテルにしては対応に疑問が付きました。それ以外のスタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです。”

“The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.”
