“Been coming here for a few years as its such a good location and generally nice hotel. Made the mistake of booking a ground floor room, was lovely having access to the gardens with patio doors but not so much being kept awake by the people in the room above us... literally every conversation, footstep and bedroom gymnastics. The staff were great 10/10. The location is quiet and lovely by the river. Very convenient for walking into town and lots of parking.”

“The staircase to our room is winding, and I need to go up and down before arriving at my room. The wall is thin and is not very sound proof, so I can hear what next door's saying and TV noise. It could be disturbing to someone during time for bed. "The front desk staff, Jimmy, at the hotel is very friendly and professional. The rooms have been renovated and are beautiful, with a great view outside the window. "The hotel room is huge, and every detail is perfect. From the watch to the wine, everything is impeccable. Moreover, the hotel's location is close to the center of Bath, making it incredibly convenient for finding food and going shopping. The staff is also extremely polite, and the handsome young man from concierge, in particular, is exceptionally nice to us. He attentiveness made my partner and me feel like VIPs.
