"The check-in and check-out staff members didn’t seem too happy. Valet/bell guys were nice though. Location is great if you’re going to Disneyland. We got an upgrade to see the theme park view from our room, which was wonderful during Disney firework hour (9:30pm). Room was clean and spacious. Rooftop restaurant was closed on Sunday, but still has bar service where you can sip drinks by the (adults only) pool/jaccuzi. If you have kids, there’s a pool downstairs. "

"This was a superb place to stay for your trip to Disneyland. We enjoyed it so much. Great amenities. Great breakfast buffet. Super clean. Lots of space. Great for your family. There was no management present but the woman who ran the front desk was super accommodating and kind when we told her about our incident. This woman should be relieved of her duties considering this is a customer service type of employment. Haven't received any word from management about the complaint. However, in spite of that situation, it's a great pace to stay. "
