“Superbe maison avec très grande piscine placée à deux pas de la Cala d'es Pou. Idéal pour un séjour à plusieurs familles. Propriétaire extrêmement gentil et arrangeant, qui nous a donné de bons conseils de visites. Propreté impeccable de la maison. Attention : à partir du 1er novembre, tous les magasins et restaurants ferment pour la saison donc à prevoir. Sinon séjour top !”

“Great property and they provided immediate attention to a small heating issue on unseasonably cool days. We explored the entire island from here with a rental car and see there is a great bus schedule if you aren’t up for driving. Very comfortable accommodation with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the second floor bedroom and ensuite for added privacy and great views of the surf pounding the shore. Thanks for a great stay! The Boyce Family!!”

“Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche mit Freunden in der Villa Sa Gavina verbracht. Die Lage der Villa ist unbeschreiblich schön; InfinityPool und Ausblick auf die Bucht einfach traumhaft. Der wundervolle Außenbereich macht die kleineren Mängel im Inneren wieder wett. Die Küche incl. Ausstattung wären verbesserungsbedürftig. Die unteren Bäder sind zwar renoviert, riechen jedoch sehr stark nach Abfluss. Zudem waren in den Zimmern der unteren Etage jede Nacht Kakerlaken zu Gast. Die Sauerberkeit……

“Ca'n Turricano was exactly what we'd hoped for. We were three couples with a 1 1/2 year old and the house was perfect as a base for the week, both for its location and for lazing about by the pool. Pedro stopped by a few times during the week to check in and deliver fresh towels or add extra time onto the air con (9pm to 5am was standard but we added extra hours for €2 p/hr p/day as the mid-July heat was hard to put a baby to sleep in!). “Property looked just like the photos and it was great for a large group. The location was very close to shops, restaurants, and a beach. The were a lot of ants, but other than that everything was amazing!”

We were welcomed on arrival by Xavier who could not have been more helpful; even recommending and booking us into the local restaurant when we arrived late on the first evening. “The villa was in the perfect area, very nice internally, outdoor space around pool nothing like picture, needs a good clean and tidy up. Kettle had seen better days covered in limescale, TV antiquated, no maid service provided to change bedding even though we were there for 10 days, very overpriced compared to other villas I have stayed at in Majorca, other than that we had a lovely holiday and would definatley go back if these things were attended to.”

“Great location facilities and accommodation (number of beds and bathrooms). Lots of outdoor seating space Decor is a bit 'tired'. Very close to supermarket, beach bar and walking distance of the marina and importantly for us the tennis club. Taxis easy to get.”

“The house is not as it seems on the website. firstly there is no view whatsoever. Only a small crowded terrace for eating outside with a view of an ugly fence. There are no restaurants nearby for eating with the exception of a not-very-good Pizza place on Mondrago beach. The swimming pool is not a swimming pool. It is roughly 1.8 meters - a plunge pool. The beaches were closed for the first 3 days of our holiday so a swimming pool was a necessity. The photos of the pool (and the bedrooms) are……

“This property has some stunning outdoor space which caters for everyone. It is in an excellent location close to everywhere with some stunning views where you can sit and watch the boats pass. I have seen reviews that say the property is dated but honestly i wouldnt let this put you off. To me it was more rustic than dated but more importantly it was clean. We had a coulple of minor issues but the communication from the letting agent was spot on. We would definitely book again. Thank you for a……
