“We were originally staying at a hotel in Bentonville, but the first night there, there was a tornado and power was lost, so we had to move to another town with power and found Hyatt Place with a vacancy. The front desk staff was superb! They let us check in earlier than the 3:00 check-in time and that helped us so much. After a night without sleep in the hotel that had a tornado and power, it was nice to be able to get into the room early to clean up and change clothes. The breakfast was the……
