“Good all around experience ”

“I enjoyed my stay. The only thing I had an issue with is when I took a nice warm shower the fire alarm went off. Felt like it woke up everyone on my hall but the stay was nice. But it would be nice to be warned about the steam in the rooms at check in ”

We sheltered in the stairwell and the staff handed out waters to those that wanted some. The next morning, with no power, the staff still served a small breakfast. ”

“Stayed many times there. This time a strong storm tore through the town. The only place to hide from tornadoes is the staircase. It does not happen but I feel these hotels would need to have a plan. The receptionist needs to be trained how to handle the situation. ”
