"The rooms are cozy, clean and a nice size. The property is a 6 minute walk to and from the Shibuya Train Station. We took the “limousine bus” to and from the airport from the front of the hotel. So convenient when bringing a bunch of luggage."

"Excellent service, as expected from a Japanese hotel. Fantastic location near Shibuya crossing and Harajuku and remarkably quiet given how close it is to the train station - the tracks were literally right outside our room and I was never woken up by noise. Rooms were also a good size given the location and price. Public bath was also nicer than I expected (the cold bath is basically a therapeutic ice bath; I think it was kept around 10C, which I actually appreciated after all that walking)."

"this is a sex hotel in the red zone of shibuya. i think that says it all. we wanted to check in and they refused because we were 10 minutes earlier. the room was ready but they insisted we can only check in in 10 minutes. then i realized they sell the rooms by the hour. their english is marginal. we left even if the room was pre-paid."
