"My son and I stayed here for a week. It was a great location to train stations. It’s a very nice hotel with lovely staff. It smelled so nice every time we entered and was very peaceful. "My second time stay with this hotel! Love the space, the Skytree night view in my room, the dining options and transport within walkable distance! There is direct bus just outside the hotel to another train station which is very convenient to most tourist places. Love the selection of teas available for hotel guests! But room is slightly dusty and the bed is on the hard side but both still acceptable to me! :) affordable hotel for the amount of space and location in Tokyo. :)"

"The service of the front desk was excellent! We were helped on several occasions with booking issues, sending suitcases to other hotels, and information in general. The staff was so kind. We loved that the area was quiet and away from the crowds in Shinjuku. It was great that we were able to visit several sites and restaurants in walking distance and that the subway stop was close by.
