"Our daughter was graduating from a university in the area. We're from our of town, so we rented this property to have a place to gather with other or of town family members and have a small cookout after the graduation ceremony. The house has plenty of space for all of our family (we had 16 people over in total). The weather was beautiful, so we used the patio for socializing and the yard for various picnic games, but the interior space would have allowed us to gather inside had weather not...
