"View from the rooftop is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the roof is closed/ locked until 8am, so you can’t go up there in the morning to watch the sunrise over the sea (part of the reason for booking this place). Building is still under construction, as well as several nearby buildings. So expect to hear pounding throughout the day. Gym is basic but sufficient - a couple treadmills, a couple bikes, and a rack of dumbbells. Garage is tight! If you have anything larger than a VW Jetta, don’t...

"The apartment is great and pretty central to Play del Carmen but we had issues with the noise - two buildings next door were being in construction and bars nearby blared music till around 1 am. Big props to Jose who's very nice and prompt responding to any requests - our 5 gal water dispenser bottle cracked at 11 pm and he promptly came to change it (the water dispenser option is a great feature in itself for foreign clients not wanting to drink the local tap water)."

"The electric tiny stove is not hot enough to cook properly, the shower doesn't have enough water flow, the fridge takes 2 days to start cooling after is plugged in, air conditioning works but it takes half day to cool. Pool is ok, but is at the rooftop. "

"We LOVED staying at Jeffery's, apartment it was in an excellent location, both the apartment and the facilities were excellent. Would recommend it to anybody. We did have a slight issue with the checkin, the information we received on paper had 2 different apartment numbers so that was a small issue. I would also suggest that it be made more clearer to people that the code goes on the key pad ABOVE the door handle, not the key vault next the the door. "Loved the view and location! Bed & bedding were good for us. Some things need fixing or updating. We love to open the windows to let the breeze in, which we did, until mosquitos are out. The sliding glass doors did not have screens & one slider (in the bedroom) we could not open, but it's not an issue if you want to use the air conditioners. Over all we would not hesitate to rent again because of the view & location."

"This place was perfect for us. Perfect location- so close to the downtown area (easy walk) but far enough to be peaceful and without noise. My kids loved the pool, the older one loved swimming in the waves, and we all loved the porch hammocks. We rented a car and there was a designated parking spot. Place is very clean and great service. "My family and I couldn't have been happier with this rental - it was in a perfect location and we really enjoyed our walks to town through pristine Playacar (with Mayan ruins in the backyard -- this neighborhood is truly magical!) The condo was extremely comfortable and very well appointed. We especially appreciated the beach toys and the recommendation for Alex who was our driver for the week! He took us out to Chichen Itza and he was so knowledgeable and kind. The vacation was truly enjoyable...

"Fantastic property. Security 24/7. Paco at front desk was a true gentleman and extremely helpful. Cabs available right up the street. Walked to Walmart a few times. Les Amies cafe right next door. Tony made Fantastic breakfast with homemade breads. Los Tabernachos, Quebec owners, incredible food and bloody ceasers. Rooftop Club across 5th Avenue was loud at night but never bothered us. Very clean safe condo Always felt safe even on our daily walks thru Playa del Carmen would go back anytime....
