Branda is helpful.Our ranger Clifton has sense of humor.The kids like them.Nevermind is patient and helpful too.Clifton and Nevermind tried their best to let us to see animals as many as they can. “Basic safari hotel. Institutional catering. Unfortunately, the Safari vehicles were worn out and very uncomfortable. They had not replaced the shock absorber which made the drive very uncomfortable. Convenient to Cape Town, but clearly not the right bush for giraffes which had their heads permanently bowed due to lack of any trees.”

“Always go for the deluxe rooms there are resident Waterbucks there and Hippos and crocodiles in the river and Elephants cross the river at night to feed in front of the rooms , the hotel sits just outside the Malelane gate an area famous for Leopards along the Crocodile river area the hotel has very good food and friendly staff ”

“Our stay at Ivory Tree was fantastic! From being greeted by their warm staff to our guide Sephio (I hope I did not make a mistake on spelling). Everyone made an effort to make our stay memorable. We cannot wait to make another trip to Ivory Tree! ”

“Stunning bedroom views from this lodge and exceptional service and kind attitude from Shannon ! Food was also great. It’s an older lodge that has been upgraded with excellent bathroom fixtures and main bedroom lighting. Wifi is a little slow, early morning hot water taps need to run a bit before hot water arrives and the sliding partition in our room 2 needs to be replaced with a frosted glass door as the current wooden sliding partition is a little stiff to open . Otherwise an excellent choice……

“We enjoyed our stay but they got our booking wrong and there was a double bed instead of 2 x singles, they then moved us to another room advising that it had 2 x single beds only for this room to also have a double bed. Overall, a pleasant and peaceful location but front desk receptionist needs some training on what the different rooms contain. ”

“It was the worst experience the establishment was fully booked and we had to sleep on the road yet money was paid.They said this site is a scam it fraudulently takes your money ”

“The place is beautiful, no doubt, and if you want a quiet get away then this is for you. I did find the roads and lighting around the estate to be rundown somewhat, and that I feel is not good. Everything else is truly beautiful.”

“Great place to discover the Tsitsikamma National Park. Quite a long drive to reach the hotel. Food was great and staff was very friendly. Overall, the hotel is a bit dated and mainly benefits from its great views. ”

“這酒店在網上的資料介紹顯示鄰近機場，但我到達Kruger Airport 後才知道Kruger National Park 範圍內有兩個機場 (這酒店鄰近的是?Parabula Airport)！ 由Kruger Airport 去這酒店要花單程R3,000，四小時車程(那裡是沒有Taxi)！結果我要即時由Airline 職員幫忙，臨時找當地另一酒店，當時十分狼狽及徬徨。現時我已返回香港，希望可向酒店討回已付費用。”

“Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich. Habe während dem Nachtessen die Safari beim Personal gebucht und funktionierte alles einwandfrei. Die Anlage ist gross und sehr sauber gehalten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dies Unterkunft gehen. M. M”
