“Great vibe, great location, great staff. Upon check in I got upgraded from a king to a king deluxe. I judge all hotels by bathrooms and this was clean, big, modern, and had plenty of counter space for my beauty products. As a solo female traveler I will be recommending this hotel to anyone I can. ”

Two issues to consider: 1. We stayed in a room facing a nightclub, and the noise was outrageous half the night. We'll request a different room location if we stay again. 2. We chose this hotel partly because they offer a free local shuttle. They don't advertise that there is ONE shuttle, it's……

“Jun checked me in, excellent as always. My room was on the first floor, and not large, but well laid out. There was a tear in the hem of my pillowcase, but a small thing and just a note. I do love the Kensington. ”
