“Fantastic location - parked the car and walked everywhere. If you like to sleep late, not the place for you, but I’m an early riser so morning truck delivery noise didn’t bother me. Cannot beat the location to walk historic downtown St. Augustine. Lots of places to dine and shop nearby, and free parking. Wonderful mini vacay with Mom.”

“Beautiful B&B on the Matanzas River just south of the historic district of St Augustine. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and historic sites. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. In the afternoon there was a nice happy hour. We sat on the porch overlooking the water with our wine and delicious appetizers. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.”
