“One cannot ask for a better guest experience. The hospitality staff was absolutely wonderful. The hotel rooms badly need a refresh. The beds are worn as you can feel the springs under you. The closet doors are off the rails. The heater does not work ”

“We stayed in one of the lodges which was superb. Clean, with quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and a two minute stroll to the amenities. Beautiful, well kept grounds and pleasant, helpful staff made this a fantastic stay. Although we only stayed for the one night, we were so impressed we are now intending to book one of the lodges for several nights next time. I should also mention that the surrounding countryside is stunning and there is plenty to do and see for all ages.”

“There were 6 adults and 2 children in our group. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and were more than happy with its condition. It was very clean, spacious and had everything required for a self catering stay, although if I’m honest a 2 slice toaster is a bit of a challenge at breakfast time. 😬 The hotel itself is also very well looked after. We had lunch in the lounge area and the food was great. We used the leisure facilities and had no complaints there. The pool is a great size. The……

“A little gem tucked out of the way so you get peace and quiet without being far from good roads leading to Alloa, Stirling and the motorways. Great breakfast and wonderful staff.”

“We just did an overnight stay here. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was great spacious and clean. Food in the restaurant was great. Private parking in the rear. The only small downside was it is in the center of town on a busy roundabout and was a little noisy into the late hours. ”
