“Was very comfortable. Nice area. Would recommend for someone that wants to relax. Only drawback is owner lives upstairs, so you do hear walking around and a little noise from upstairs. But overall it is worth it for a nice stay.”

Spotlessly clean, beautifully restored historical property right in the heart of a neighborhood and in walking distance to downtown. Comfortable beds, art supplies, games, and a well-appointed kitchen. Our daughter didn’t choose the college, but we will be back just to stay here again! Thank you for a truly special property.”

The house was the perfect size for us and the location is right in walking distance of downtown. Kerri was an amazing host as well (the best I’ve experienced so far!).”

“Comfortable house with a well stocked kitchen and convenient laundry. We enjoyed walking to the town and fish market. The train runs between the town and waterfront, entry points are at the far ends of town, at either end of the board walk. Nice quiet neighborhood.”

“Great location, lovely house and property! My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend for an event in Rhode Island and very much enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean, well-kept and spacious. The back deck was a great place for relaxing out in the nice weather. The house is within driving distance to plenty of local restaurants and shopping (though on the weekends things did close early). We did not attempt to walk anywhere from the house, but probably could have if we had more time to……
