We called twice in advance to let them know we would be a late arrival and that we’d be checking in around 2am. When we got to the hotel we waited in the vestibule for 20 or more minutes calling the front desk and ringing the door to be let in, no one came. We went to our vehicle, just about to leave when we decided to pull up in front of the main door and call one last time. The front desk attendant returned at the same time therefore we went inside and was given a small credit back for our inconvenience. It was a beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and a great pool area with water slide. We would most likely return.

Overall stay was decent. We chose this specific location for the pool and slide, to find out you can only use it for 30min. Could have booked at another hotel for half the price with just a pool. The breakfast was good, but the bar service is very poor. Sat there with friends and the staff couldn’t care less that we were there. The sign said the bar closes at 12am and the manager said as long as ppl are there they stay open, but the staff member closed and basically forced us out by 10:30pm. The rooms are very clean and bed are comfy, but the bathrooms are VERY small and inconvenient.
