From the booking, to checking in, and checking out, it was all a breeze, communication between the host and I was consistent, and no delay if there was any problems. “The parking situation at Cozy Suites was absolutely horrible. Nobody tells you when you book that you have to walk half a mile to your apartment. If you book an apartment in building five, you would think your parking would be near/around building five but no instead your parking is across the entire complex at the end of another building. When you call to to see about getting a closer parking all they say is, I’m sorry and it’s a safe complex to walk. My family and I will not be staying here……

“The apartment was nice, good location, bigger than expected, and the building has many amenities like gym, pool, grills, lounge that are very good. But the apartment was extremely dirty, all of it, kitchen, carpet, night table, closet, sheets, Flor, etc There was no toilet paper when I got there, one, one of the 2 towels was soaked, no shampoo or soap. I think is the worst experience that I've ever had staying at an apartment.”

“Online check in process via their own system was a little confusing at first but when we got there it was pretty easy to follow so no problems. The property is very clean and efficient. It lacks a bit of friendly human touch but I’d rather have a clean property so it was OK. We had an issue with TV but the manager got back right away and was very helpful. The water filter on the fridge had a red light on so we informed the manager hopefully it’s been replaced for the next quest. We absolutely……

“When I reserved this place and messaged Natalie an introduction of who we were and why we were in Phoenix I got NO RESPONSE.....I thought, oh well, that's ok. A week or so later, I messaged her asking about a hair dryer and got NO RESPONSE.....I was a little irritated but figured not a big deal. The day before check-in I messaged her asking how we access her place and got NO RESPONSE! On the morning of check-in I called her and got a voice mailbox that was full. Within 2 minutes after ending……

“Property location was outstanding. Easy to find and access. Over all a cute place to stay. No elevators on this building which was a little difficult with suitcases for a week for 3 guests. I don't recall reading about that in the descriptions. The furniture was not cozy for 3 guests. Chairs are stiff and couch doesn't fit 3 and is not comfortable. We were not able to cook like we wanted to because although we told them there was 3 guests they only had 2 bowls, 2 forks, 4 coffee cups, 3 drinking……

“The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions”
