“I usually stay at Quest Midland for work and am very happy with the hotel. However this time I was disappointed because the hot water was a bit iffy and there was a guest on my floor with a child who was awake and screaming all hours of the night. Cockroach on the floor & Hotels.com sucks
"We checked-in late at 9pm on New Year Eve. The staff was nice and friendly, yet he can’t retrieve my room booking details which I have placed order and fully paid in mid November. He explained clearly that Hotels.com booked my room through other agencies so the data was failed to drop into the hotel system. Lucky that we got into the last hotel room, yet nightmare came as this is the first time I met a big cockroach on the floor as I got into a hotel room. This is the most memorable hotel stay that I have in 2023."
