“因為是服務式公寓, 不能和一般酒店裡面的設施去比較. 入住前最好預先用電郵或者到達馬尼拉時用電話聯絡公寓. 到了再聯絡管家等取鑰匙, 房間有簡單設備, 毛巾只有兩條浴巾, 牙刷, 飲用水, 但WIFI超慢.. 個人覺得這家服務式公寓唯一好處就只是地點方便, 附近有超市, 餐廳...等等! 如果你要到附近出差是還可以的. 但千萬不要要求有酒店式的服務. ”

“Courteous staff. Location trendy with walkable good restaurants and connected to a mall. Fixtures are old, no hot water, few shower tiles unglued. Terrace was used as storages. Visible crawling pest. Very disappointed as it was advertised as 5 star accommodation. ”

“Property staff was clearly new and inexperienced. Level of management support was evident particularly from the guest service team. All employees demonstrated a desire to help but clearly weren't prepared”

“I was ecstatic to stay here until I opened the door to the apartment provided. It was infested with roaches. It was on the floor, on the bed on the walls. It was absolutely disgusting. I attempted claim a refund but obviously we know how the world works.. although expedia, as a company you have the power to remove a property from your sites. At this point if i cant get my money back at least save someone else from this hell hole”

“We were suppose to stay at the hotel but were told there was a problem with the commode in the bathroom and instead were offered a condo at One Up Town Residence. The location was great as it connected to the mall and the restaurants at the mall were fantastic. The only thought I had from reading other reviews was the I saw the same scenario with the bad toilet and others offered a condo room instead. The only down side was there was no room service so you had to wash the towels and linens……

“Surrounding of the hotel is good because it is located in BGC. Hotel is clean but not the lobby's not big enough. Overall it is an overpriced hotel. You can live in other hotel with the same hotel standard without having to pay that much. We wouldn't get a grab back to Manila that night and avail of their hotel car for 5000 pesos”
